ORB LED V1

LED downlight suitable for direct installation into various types of ceilings. Luminaire housing made of die cast aluminium, epoxid powder coated. Driver on board technology for direct connection to mains voltage, high power factor >0.95. Internal aluminium reflector, covered with front glass. Colour of bottom rim: white RAL9003. Quick and reliable fixation into ceilings of different thickness by steel springs. ORB LED V1 is fully compatible with existing conventional downlight infrastructure, and is the perfect choice for both new and replacement markets.
Nominal life-time 50.000 h, 5 years guarantee, 3SDCM. Dimmable with common phase-cut dimmers. The compatibility of the downlights with the dimmer has to be confirmed prior to installation.

WALLY

Wally is a wall mounted LED luminaire that emit light upwards onto vertical surface. It is designed to have an undistinguished visibility in space, while generating a gentle and soft light effect upon the wall it is mounted on. Depending on the installation height, the surface of the ceiling could be illuminated as well.
The range consists of three different sizes, but could have custom length if needed. Luminaire housing is made of extruded aluminium profile, finished with matt white powder coated colour (RAL9003). Internal driver. Lumen output is possible to define individually to suit specific needs of existing application. Suitable for both private and public lighting applications.

Luminaire housing made of 0,8mm sheet steel, white powder coated finish (RAL9003). The diffuser with light-reflecting longitudinal grooves is snap-in the housing, additionally fixed with steel springs. Diffuser is closed from both sides with the endcaps. End caps for the version IP54 are made of 1,5mm sheet steel, completed with glued gasket made of microporous synthetic rubber. IP54 endcaps are tightened by two dropped screws.
Special yellow version tailored for the process of Photolithography. This version has integrated yellow foil, which completely block wavelengths <500 nm. At the same time, wavelengths > 540 nm (which correspond to the maximum sensitivity of the human eye) are sufficiently transmitted by the yellow foil. Both conditions leads to good light levels in photolitography labs with reasonable energy consumption.

Surface mounted luminaire for Clean room lighting

Teardrop luminaire is specially designed for the lighting of clean rooms with laminar air flow. Typical field of application is semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceutical industry, biotech, medical devices, optics and similiar. It exists in two versions: with degree of protection IP40 or IP54. The luminaire is fitted with an aerodynamically shaped, snap-in diffuser with smooth surface. The extruded diffuser is made of satinated PMMA with internal linear prisms. This energy efficient luminaire is designed for single mounting as an individual unit, although through wiring is possible.

Luminaire is constructed to use with linear LED boards. Luminaire housing is made of sheet steel, surface treated with white powder coated colour. Diffuser is made of thermoplastic, stabilized against UV radiation. Diffuser is fixed to luminaire through two hinged white plastic end caps. Linear LED modules are placed on internal aluminium mounting plate for optimum thermal management. Luminaire is designed for direct mounting on solid surface.

Luminaire is equipped with double parabolic louvre made of anodised aluminium, suitable for VDU workstations (max. luminance of light emitting area is in accordance with EN 12464-1). Individual luminaires BOXY LINE are joined together by using of sheet steel connecting pieces, inserted inside luminaire profiles. Lighting row BOXY LINE consists of the first F (first) and the last L (last) piece . Between first and last, T (through) pieces are inserted.
